| Vertilathe Drill Press Attachement - $51.00 The exciting and inexpensive Vertilathe tool attaches to the table of your drill press. The aluminum base plate with a ball bearing live center performs the function of a tail stock center on a standard lathe. This slotted base, fastens to the drill press table with carriage bolts (supplied) and is aligned with the drill axis. There are two drive centers: A screw center for small diameter work and a spur center for work pieces 3/4 inch in diameter and larger. The adjustable 3 inch and 6 inch Stainless Steel Tool Rests mount on either side of the base plate and are adjustable to turn pieces up to 4 inches in diameter and 3 to 6 inches long (12 inches long, if you flip the work piece over). A Forstner bit can also be used in the chuck as a drive center. |
